kkvip Terms & Conditions
Please read these complete terms carefully before using the kkvip platform — all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
Introduction & Scope
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkvip platform and all its services. By accessing the kkvip website, opening an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the kkvip platform.
1.1 Definitions
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- "Platform" — The kkvip website, mobile version, and all associated services.
- "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on kkvip.
- "Services" — Sports betting, casino games, slots, live games, and all other activities available on the platform.
- "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the kkvip platform.
- "Wager" or "Bet" — A financial stake placed from an account balance on a specific game or event.
1.2 Right to Amend
kkvip reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Appropriate notice will be provided on the platform for any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To register on the kkvip platform and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a valid and active individual with the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your own name.
- All information provided in your account must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Only one account per person is permitted on kkvip.
Age Verification: kkvip may request identity and age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. kkvip will never ask for your password by email or chat. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify kkvip immediately.
2.3 Right to Close Accounts
kkvip reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Detection of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Approved Payment Methods
kkvip supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major Mobile Financial Service (MFS) methods. Currently approved methods are:

3.2 Deposit Terms
- The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
- kkvip reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction until it has been verified.
- No processing fee is charged by the platform for deposits; however, charges from your MFS provider may apply.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests will only be accepted to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) may be mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
- Withdrawals from bonuses will only be approved after wagering requirements have been met.
- If any unusual or suspicious activity is detected, the company may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
Note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. kkvip does not support any payment method other than these four.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on kkvip are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳34,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳54,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To claim the welcome bonus, a wager of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. The wager is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and terms — please read the relevant terms before claiming a bonus.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds may be withdrawable up to a specified limit.
- If a user is suspected of abusing bonuses, kkvip reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any winnings received.
- Transferring or selling a bonus to any third party is prohibited.
4.4 VIP Program
kkvip's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Demotion from a higher tier to a lower tier is possible, and specific conditions must be met before cashback is paid. The detailed terms of the VIP program are published separately by kkvip.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Commitment
kkvip is committed to operating a safe, transparent, and fair platform. All games on the platform are secured by SSL encryption and operated in accordance with fair play principles.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using coordinated strategies to obtain bonuses or repeatedly claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using computer software, bots, or automated methods.
- Exploiting any errors or technical issues in a game system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Collusion or organized fraud against other users.
5.3 In Case of Technical Errors
If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error or server issue, kkvip reserves the right to void that result and make the appropriate correction. Profits gained from any error will not be considered final.

8.2 Force Majeure
kkvip will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, government directives, network infrastructure disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
8.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, only that specific provision will be rendered ineffective. All remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
8.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by kkvip together form the entire agreement between the user and kkvip, and replace any prior oral or written agreements.
